ISLAMABAD, Oct 24 (APP):Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi Friday paid rich tribute to the security forces for conducting a successful operation against terrorists in Lakki Marwat.
In a statement issued here, the operation resulted in the elimination of eight militants belonging to the outlawed group.
The minister said that the valiant soldiers of Pakistan’s security forces once again demonstrated exceptional courage by putting their lives at risk to protect the nation.
“Our brave sons have raised the nation’s head with pride by sending eight terrorists to hell,” he added.
He said that the entire nation salutes the officers and soldiers who bravely confronted the enemy during the operation.
“The sacrifices of our martyrs and ghazis are the guarantee of peace and stability in the country,” the minister added.
Hanif Abbasi said that the security personnel displayed outstanding professional skill and determination in the operation.
He emphasized that the malicious plans of the enemies of Pakistan will continue to be foiled with such resolve and bravery.
“Operations against the Khawarij will continue until the menace of terrorism is completely eradicated,” he said.
The minister reiterated that the entire nation stands firmly beside its armed forces in the fight against terrorism.
