PESHAWAR, Oct 18 (APP): The fourth phase of the return and rehabilitation of the TDPs in SWA will commence from October 19 (Wednesday) and continue till December 6, 2016, said a release of ISPR here Tuesday.
During this phase, a total of 81 villages of Tehsil Ladha, Makeen, Sararogha, Sarwakai and Tiarza will be rehabilitated.
To conduct the return in a dignified manner, the staging camp has been located at Khairgai which houses all requisite
infrastructures for smooth registration of TDPs that includes medical center, polio vaccination, children amusement centers and TDPs facilitation desk.
The progress of return is quite encouraging, reflected through daily average turnover of around 400 TDPs families since the start of return process.
The return and rehabilitation work has been undertaken by Pakistan Army in support of returning and returned TDPs includes rehabilitation and reconstruction of 150 drinking water supply schemes (DWSS), construction of more then 90 schools, 63 markets and four major health facilities in the SWA.
