World concerned about atrocities in Indian Occupied Kashmir:Raja Zafarul Haq

ISLAMABAD, Jul 24 (APP): Chairman Pakistan Muslim League (N) and Leader of the House in Senate Senator Raja Zafarul Haq Sunday said United Nations has not one but 23 resolutions on Kashmir and in all of them Kashmiris were promised the right to self-determination.

He was speaking to party workers at the residence of senior
leader of Pakistan Muslim League(N) Syed Zafar Ali Shah here.

The meeting was called to express gratitude on regaining of
health by Prime Minister Muhammed Nawaz Sharif and success of PML(N) in elections of Azad Kashmir and to condemn the brutality of Indian occupied forces against unarmed Kashmiris.

Raja Zafarul Haq said the world could not sleep in peace without resolving the Kashmir issue.

He said that Pakistan would continue to extend moral, political and diplomatic support to the Kashmiri people.

The victory of Pakistan Muslim League (N) with heavy majority was expression of trust in the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, he added.

Raja Zafarul Haq said that Kashmiri youth were rendering
sacrifices of their lives, raising slogans of “Kashmir banega
Pakistan” and upholding Pakistani flag in the face of Indian

The Indian army has failed to suppress the voice of Kashmiris
with its brutal actions, he said adding a female columnist of India stated in her columns that Kashmiris cannot be suppressed more through oppression and cruelty and India has to give Kashmiris their right to self-determination.

He recalled the address of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to
United Nations General Assembly in which he said that they owe it to Kashmiris to grant them their right of self-determination.

He said the recent success of Pakistan Muslim League(N) in
elections of Azad Kashmir and the new wave of passion in the freedom struggle of Kashmiris is display of trust and confidence in the leadership of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, who will never disappoint Kashmiris.

Raja Zafar ul Haq expressed best wishes and prayed for the
complete recovery and longevity of the Prime Minister.

He congratulated the party workers on victory in AJK elections and said they should also make PML(N) successful in general elections of 2018.

The Senator said due to utmost transparency in AJK elections,  Imran Khan, contrary to his character, felicitated PML-N on its victory while Peoples Party was defeated so badly that now it launched propaganda of rigging in AJK polls.

Host of the event Syed Zafar Ali Shah felicitated the Prime
Minister on his health and success in elections of Azad Kashmir.

He said electoral success was reposing of trust by the people
in the leadership of Nawaz Sharif.

Kashmiris on both sides of Line of Control (LoC) have great
expectations of Nawaz Sharif, adding the Prime Minister will bring Azad Kashmir at par with Pakistan in terms of development and will play his role in stopping Indian brutalities in Occupied Kashmir and ensuring right of self-determination for the Kashmiris.

Former MPA Shehryar Riaz, Sardar Muhammad Naseem, MPA Raja Muhammad Haneef and other workers also spoke at the event.
