167 earthquake discharged from LRH: Spokesman

PESHAWAR Oct 29 (APP): As many as 169 patients of the earthquake were
Thursday discharged from Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar where 35 are still being treated in different wards.
LRH Spokesman Syed Jamal Shah told APP that till today morning, 167
patients brought to LRH after sustaining different types of wounds due to 8.1 magnitude earthquake in KP and Fata, were discharged whereas 35 are being provided treatment in different wards of the hospital.
He said six bodies were brought to LRH, who were handed over to the
relatives for burial.
The bodies handed over to their family members include Marwa resident of
Dargai Malakand, Haider Zaman resident of Badabair Peshawar, Afan resident of Lower Dir, Mukhtaira Bibi resident of Yakatooth Peshawar, Umar Khan resident of Sattar Shah village and an afghan refugee Matiullah resident of Warsak Road Peshawar. He appealed people to avoid unnecessary visits to wards as it create disturbance and will affect treatment process.
