ISLAMABAD, March 21 (APP):Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan Thursday while warmly welcoming to Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, said this official visit would pave the way to further cement the bilateral ties between two countries and take Pakistan to new heights of economy.
Talking to a private news channel, he expressed hope that this visit would be fruitful and result-oriented. The Malaysian Prime Minister’s experience would help in elimination of corruption from Pakistan, he added.
During the visit, many memorandums of understanding would be signed with Malaysian business gaints to invest in Pakistan, he said.
To a query, the minister said Pakistan had clear stance that India should stop atrocities and barbarism on innocent people of Kashmir.
Replying to another question, he urged Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to give mature and serious statements on national issues.
