DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Aug 31 (APP):The district’s livestock department has launched a special vaccination and preventive campaign across different areas of Darazinda Tehsil to protect livestock from epidemic diseases.
According to the administration, during the campaign, the livestock department teams visited households and animal sheds in various areas and conducted health inspections of different animals.
The teams administered necessary vaccines and preventive injections to protect the livestock against infectious diseases.
They also carried out disinfectant spraying at animal sheds and other relevant locations to minimize the risk of disease transmission.
Livestock officials also briefed cattle owners on animal healthcare, cleanliness and essential preventive measures to safeguard their animals from infectious diseases.
