Tank officials honoured for exemplary Muharram services

TANK, Jul 17 (APP): Deputy Commissioner Jamshed Khan has awarded appreciation certificates to officers and personnel of various government departments in recognition of their outstanding services and coordinated efforts during Muharram-ul-Haram.The ceremony was held at the deputy commissioner’s office under the provincial government’s public service agenda. Officials from Rescue 1122, PESCO, Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Revenue Department, District Control Room, Local Government, Health Department, Public Health Engineering, Civil Defence, Sui Gas, and other relevant departments received certificates for their dedication and professionalism in ensuring peaceful Muharram observances. Addressing the participants, the deputy commissioner commended the exceptional teamwork and commitment displayed by all departments. He said that their coordinated response, sense of responsibility, and dedication to public service played a key role in maintaining law and order and ensuring smooth and well-organised arrangements throughout Muharram. He also thanked the Commissioner of Dera Ismail Khan Division for appreciating the efforts of the district administration and all participating departments, describing the recognition as a source of encouragement for government officials to continue serving the public with the same dedication and professionalism.
