According to official sources on Monday, over 500 applications have been received from transgender candidates, while more than 1,200 applications were submitted by members of minority communities. The figures reflect growing interest in public sector employment under the reserved quota.
Authorities have begun scrutinizing the applications. Officials said transgender applicants were required to submit medical certificates along with other necessary documents.
