KP announces summer vacations for universities, colleges
PESHAWAR, Jun 12 (APP):The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education, Archives and Libraries Department on Friday announced summer vacations for public and private universities, higher education institutions and colleges across the province.
Under the notified schedule, institutions falling in the summer zone will remain closed from June 15 to August 31, while institutions in the winter zone will observe vacations from July 1 to July 31.
The department stated that BS four-year programmes will continue according to the academic calendar of the respective universities and colleges.
It added that all examinations, including practical exams, will be held as per the already notified schedules of the concerned universities, colleges, and boards.
