Kaghan receives over 109,000 tourists as KP records more than 231,000 domestic visitors in a day

KAGHAN, Jun 26 (APP):Naran-Kaghan emerged as the most visited tourist destination in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on June 25, 2026, attracting 109,292 domestic tourists and 30 foreign tourists, according to the latest tourist influx statistics released by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA).
Overall, the province recorded a daily influx of 231,786 domestic tourists and 41 foreign tourists, reflecting a strong flow of visitors to KP’s scenic destinations during the summer season.
According to the KPCTA, Swat Valley ranked second with 57,704 domestic tourists and seven foreign visitors, followed by Galiyat, which welcomed 48,472 domestic tourists.
Kumrat Valley received 15,900 domestic tourists, while Kalash Valley/Garam Chashma recorded 312 domestic and four foreign tourists. Booni/Mastuj registered 106 domestic tourists during the reporting period.
The KPCTA said the tourist influx data was compiled through police check posts, Levies check posts, KP Tourist Police, Assistant Commissioners’ offices, and field assistant directors of development authorities to monitor visitor movement across the province’s major tourist destinations.
