Accompanied by airport officials, the minister thoroughly examined passenger screening procedures, diagnostic health testing setups, availability of essential medicines, and overall state of medical equipment on-site.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister declared that strengthening border health security and protecting citizens from potential international health threats remain top priorities for provincial government.
He highlighted that state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and rapid response protocols are being implemented at all major entry points to guarantee seamless medical surveillance.
Furthermore, Minister Khaleeq-ur-Rehman evaluated performance of healthcare staff deployed at airport, commending top performers for their dedication. He directed entire medical team to maintain adequate vaccine stocks and ensure swift delivery of quality medical care to all passengers.
