Governor lauds security forces for killing terrorists in DI Khan
PESHAWAR, Oct 05 (APP):Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Monday paid tribute to the security forces for eliminating three terrorists during a successful operation in Dera Ismail Khan.
The Governor said the effective operations being carried out by the security forces were commendable and reflected the country’s firm resolve to eradicate terrorism from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He said the ongoing operations against terrorists were playing a vital role in dismantling their networks and restoring lasting peace in the province.
Governor Kundi said actions against Fitna al-Khawarij under the Azm-e-Istehkam vision would continue until terrorism was completely eliminated.
He said the sacrifices rendered by the security forces in the fight against terrorism had further strengthened the nation’s determination and morale.
Reaffirming the government’s commitment to peace, the Governor said the nefarious designs of externally backed terrorist elements would be foiled at all costs, adding that all necessary measures would continue to ensure sustainable peace across the province
