Girls Cadet College DI Khan gears up for first academic session

Dera Ismail Khan , Sep 19 (APP):Newly established Girls Cadet College in Dera Ismail Khan has accelerated preparations for its first academic session, with comprehensive arrangements underway to provide cadets with a well-organized academic environment focused on quality education, discipline, character building and leadership development.
As part of the preparations, Vice Principal Aafia Saadat Qaisrani is providing guidance to newly appointed lecturers on teaching responsibilities, lesson planning and effective classroom management. Subject-wise academic plans are being prepared and educational activities are being organized to ensure that the cadets receive quality instruction in a structured and conducive learning environment.
The college administration is also finalizing other necessary arrangements ahead of the arrival of cadets, with emphasis on discipline, academic preparedness and effective implementation of the teaching programme from the beginning of the new session.
Chairman Board of Governors (BoG) Faisal Amin Khan Gandapur said the Girls Cadet College Dera Ismail Khan was committed to providing young women with quality education along with opportunities for discipline, confidence-building, character development and leadership.
He said the vision was to establish an institution where the daughters of Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and beyond could grow into confident, capable and responsible leaders of tomorrow.
Faisal Amin Khan Gandapur said the institution was intended to go beyond conventional academic education by providing young women with an environment conducive to personal growth, character building and development of leadership qualities.
He said empowering young women through quality education and proper training would help prepare them to play a meaningful and responsible role in society and contribute to the progress of the country.
Principal of Girls Cadet College Dera Ismail Khan said all necessary measures were being taken to ensure a smooth and well-planned start to the new academic session. She said the faculty was being guided on effective lesson planning and teaching strategies so that academic activities could be conducted in a systematic manner.
The Principal said the college administration was committed to maintaining high educational standards while ensuring discipline and a positive learning environment for cadets.
She said the preparations were aimed at ensuring that cadets would begin the new session with proper academic guidance, organized educational activities and a supportive environment conducive to learning and personal development.
