Five-day Project Management training for PESCO employees concludes

PESHAWAR, Jun 14 (APP): A five-day training program on Project Management for employees of PESCO has been successfully completed.
According to the PESCO on Sunday, the training was organized by the Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) at the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences) as part of PESCO’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the professional capabilities of its workforce.
The program was designed to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical skills in key areas of project management, including project planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation.
Through interactive sessions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants gained valuable insights into modern project management practices aimed at improving organizational performance and ensuring effective project delivery.
In line with the vision of Chairman Board of Directors PESCO, Himyatullah Khan and under the directions of CEO PESCO, Akhtar Hamid Khan, several other specialized training initiatives have been scheduled in the coming months to further enhance the expertise and professional competencies of PESCO employees.
These training programs have been planned and scheduled under the direct supervision of Director General Human Resources PESCO, Siab Ahmed, who has been actively promoting employee development as a key component of organizational growth and excellence.
