PESHAWAR, Aug 15 (APP):Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs, Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, and President of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Engineer Amir Muqam here Saturday extended his heartfelt congratulations to M. Riaz Khan, President of the Peshawar Press Club (PPC), on the government’s approval to confer the Sitara-i-Imtiaz upon him.
