PESHAWAR, Jul 12 (APP): Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Senator Rubina Khalid, visited the Mingora Landikas Centre in Swat, where she received a warm welcome from a large gathering of women beneficiaries.
During the visit, Senator Khalid interacted with women enrolled in the programme, listened to their queries regarding the BISP, and directed the relevant officials to take prompt action to address their concerns.
She emphasized the need to make the registration process, access to information, and delivery of other services more accessible, transparent, and efficient for poor and deserving families.
Senator Khalid said these measures would help ensure that a greater number of eligible households benefit from the programme.
