The project has been initiated under the vision of the Board of Governors and on the directions of Hospital Director Dr. Sajjad Ahmad Afridi. The construction work on the new washrooms is currently in full swing and is expected to be completed soon.
In addition, the hospital administration has also started the renovation and upgradation of existing washrooms in various wards to ensure a clean, safe, and improved environment for patients and their attendants. The upgraded facilities are being developed according to modern standards, with special focus on cleanliness, proper drainage systems, and essential amenities.
According to the hospital administration, the initiative was taken in response to public complaints regarding the shortage and poor condition of washroom facilities within the hospital premises. The project aims to resolve these issues and significantly enhance the standard of basic facilities available to patients and visitors.
Dr. Sajjad Ahmad Afridi stated that providing quality medical treatment along with basic facilities for patients and their attendants is among the top priorities of the hospital. He emphasized that clean and well-maintained washrooms are an essential requirement of a modern and patient-friendly healthcare institution.
