On the instructions of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 52 new buses are being added to the fleet of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Peshawar.
52 new buses of BRT Peshawar ready to leave for Pakistan-Trans Peshawar

PESHAWAR, Jun 30 (APP): On the instructions of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 52 new buses are being added to the fleet of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Peshawar.
According to a press statement issued by Trans Peshawar, with the addition of new buses, the total number of buses in the BRT fleet will increase to 296.
25 of these 52 new buses will reach Pakistan in early month of July 2026, adds the statement of Trans Peshawar.
A special pink bus service for women will also be started along with the new buses, it continued. The buses will be operated on corridor and feeder routes.
Launch of new routes is also under consideration. With increase in number of buses, BRT will be able to provide better travel facilities to the citizens.
