Kashmir’s special children join 78th Founding Day celebrations

MIRPUR, Oct 24 (APP):Special children in Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) joined the 78th Founding Day celebrations of the AJK government, renewing their pledge to continue the Kashmir freedom struggle. The Kashmir Institute of Special Education (KISE) hosted a grand ceremony, where special children presented tableaus related to the Kashmir Azadi Movement in sign language, the local correspondent of APP reported this from Mirpur on Friday.
According to the details, the ceremony paid tributes to Kashmir martyrs, and special children prayed for the freedom of Kashmir. Dr. Amjad Ansari, Founder head of KISE, said the anniversary marked a significant day, recalling India’s abrogation of Article 370 and 35-A on August 5, 2019, defying UN resolutions on Kashmir.
The AJK government observed the Founding Day with simplicity, highlighting the historic significance of the day. Speakers reiterated solidarity with the people of Indian-occupied Kashmir, praying for the early success of the freedom movement.
The Kashmir freedom struggle has reached a climax, with pro-freedom and anti-India agitations in occupied Jammu Kashmir. The AJK government has prepared special programs to observe the founding anniversary, focusing on raising the Kashmiris’ indigenous struggle internationally.
The celebrations reaffirmed complete solidarity with the people of Indian-occupied Kashmir, supporting their just struggle for liberation from Indian clutches.
