Govt in contact with Saudi authorities to resolve Pakistanis problems: KP Governor

PESHAWAR, Aug 13 (APP): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra on Saturday said the federal government was playing its due role for the resolution of problems being faced by 2.5 million expatriates in Saudi Arabia.

He was talking to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Mnister for Local Government and Rural Development Inayatullah who called on him here at the Governor House.

The Governor said the Government of Pakistan was in contact with the respective authorities of Saudi Arabia through diplomatic channels and was taking all possible steps to ease the situation.

The provincial minister requested the Governor to help resolve the problems being faced by Pakistani workers in Saudi Arabia.
