TASHKENT, Oct 28 (UzA/APP):Representatives of the Cadastre Agency and LX International held a meeting within the framework of the project “Creating a system for integrated strengthening of the national spatial information potential in Uzbekistan”.
The parties discussed the current status of the project, the training plan, training sessions for trainers, including pilot refresher courses to be conducted by trainers in December, as well as issues related to further improving practical activities and strategies for implementing Official Development Assistance projects.
As part of the project, Korean specialists handed over to the Cadastre Agency a modern drone, the DJI Matrice 350 RTK model, for use in practical classes. This drone, equipped with a camera and Lidar technology, is designed for high-precision cartography, 3D modeling, monitoring, and use in search-and-rescue operations and agriculture.
This cooperation has become a significant step in the development of the digital cadastre and spatial information systems in Uzbekistan, as well as in the implementation of modern geoinformation technologies in practice.
