Uzbekistan showcases its tourism potential in Russia

International Discussion Club Vision 3000 organized a presentation in Moscow showcasing Uzbekistan’s tourism potential. Participants were introduced to the country’s historical and cultural heritage, key tourism destinations, modern tourism infrastructure, and opportunities for Russian travelers.

TASHKENT, Sept 9 (UzA/APP):International Discussion Club Vision 3000 organized a presentation in Moscow showcasing Uzbekistan’s tourism potential. Participants were introduced to the country’s historical and cultural heritage, key tourism destinations, modern tourism infrastructure, and opportunities for Russian travelers. Particular attention was given to Uzbekistan’s policy of openness and the development of tourism ties with Russia. During the meeting, statistics on Russian tourist visits to Uzbekistan for the first seven months of the year were presented, and measures to increase this tourist flow were discussed.
A significant part of the presentation focused on MICE tourism. Russian partners received information about the 31st Tashkent International Tourism Fair, which will be held in Tashkent on November 25-27.
The meeting concluded with informal networking, where representatives from Russian regions, tourism companies, and the media exchanged contacts. They discussed potential collaborations and opportunities for joint tourism and information projects.
