UNITED NATIONS, Dec 2 (APP):Conditions in Yemen have “alarmingly” deteriorated and it is on the “brink of a major catastrophe”, Mark Lowcock, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator has said on his return from his mission to the war-torn Arab country.
