Bishkek, Jan 12 (Kabar/APP): The time to save for a home has decreased in Kyrgyzstan, according to National Bank report published on the results of the first half of 2025.
According to the regulator, the housing affordability index has improved compared to the same period last year. While in 2024, the average family needed 8.1 years to save for an apartment, by June 30, 2025, this figure had dropped to 7.5 years.
