JEDDAH, Jul 8 (SPA/APP):The education and capacity building team at Red Sea Global, a Public Investment Fund company, organized an awareness and sporting event on the Jeddah waterfront to mark World Environment Day, in partnership with Jeddah Municipality and with the participation of around 300 students from Batterjee College and the Higher Institute for Paper and Industrial Technologies, as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to instill environmental awareness among younger generations.
The event featured interactive activities, including cycling and roller skating, to encourage environmentally friendly transportation, with the participation of several relevant entities.
The initiative comes as part of Red Sea Global’s programs to prepare a generation that is more aware of environmental issues and to empower young people to contribute positively to their communities, as an extension of the company’s commitment to supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and promoting sustainability concepts.
