TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, June 24 (APP): President Mamnoon
Hussain Friday left here for home after concluding his three-day visit to Uzbekistan where he participated in the 16th summit of Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
Uzbekistan’s Prime Minister Shavkat Mirzayez saw off the President at the Taskent-One Airport.
Besides attending SCO summit, the President held sideline meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping, Uzbekistan President Islam Karimov, Afghanistan’s President Ashraf Ghani and Tajikistan’s president Emomali Rahmon.
President Mamnoon also visited the historic city of Samarkand to pay respects at the mausoleum of Imam Bukhari.
