Philippines declares state of national calamity due to Typhoon Kalmaegi

MANILA, Nov. 6 (Xinhua/APP): Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos declared a state of national calamity due to the impact of Typhoon Kalmaegi, local media reported Thursday.
