Palestinian leader calls on ‘duty-bound’ UN to end Israeli occupation

UNITED NATIONS, Sept 21 (APP): From the podium of the UN General Assembly, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has called on the world Organization to face up to its responsibilities to end Israel’s ‘relentless’ occupation to ensure the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.
