BEIJING, Sept. 22 (APP): A 14-member delegation of political parties of Pakistan has visited China at the invitation of International Department, Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
The delegation comprised of representatives from PPP, PML-N, JUI-F, NDM and some other political parties held a meeting with Chairman of China Shield Consulting Service Co. Ltd. Luo Ying in Beijing.
Cheng Xizhong, Visiting Professor of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, who is also former Defense Attaché in South Asian countries and Senior Adviser of China Shield Consulting Service Co. Ltd. told APP that the two discussed matters of mutual interest in a very warm and friendly atmosphere.
Chairman Luo Ying warmly welcomed the delegation and wished for the ever-lasting friendship between China and Pakistan.
At the same time, he gave a brief introduction about the security business in Pakistan, emphasizing that only by working jointly China and Pakistan could achieve ideal results in ensuring personnel and project security.
Both sides also had extensive exchanges on China-Pakistan relations, the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), and the regional security situation.
