ISLAMABAD, Oct 31 (APP): Pakistan on Saturday condoled over
the death of 224 people in the crash of Russian airliner bound to
Russian city of St. Petersburg.
“The news of the crash of a Russian airliner in Egypt today
that resulted in the loss of 224 precious lives has been received in
Pakistan with shock and sorrow.
The people and the Government of Pakistan convey their deepest
condolences to the bereaved families,” said a Foreign Office statement.
The spokesperson said it was indeed a great tragedy for the
bereaved families and the people and the Government of the Russian
Federation.
“The entire Pakistani nation shares their pain and agony and
stands with them in their hour of grief,” said the statement.
