Minsk to host Science Festival 2026 in September

MINSK, Apr 7 (BelTA/APP): The Science Festival will be held in the Central Botanical Garden on 5-6 September and will take a new two-day format, Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Vladimir Karanik told the media during a working meeting to discuss the preparations for the festival, BelTA learned from the press service of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

Minsk citizens and guests can expect an array of experiences: workshops and lectures by leading experts and renowned scientists, interactive zones and exciting shows. “We have changed the format and significantly expanded the program of the country’s main scientific event.To make every corner of the festival a source of inspiration. The National Academy of Sciences is preparing special zones for the youngest researchers, where science comes to life through play, awakening curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. For those seeking thrills, we are organizing an extreme gastronomic experience and captivating science shows, where every experiment is a small miracle. I am confident that over these two days, many will change their view of the world of science and discover new horizons of opportunity,”Vladimir Karanik said.

The Science Festival in Minsk is the most popular science event in Belarus.
