Malaysian envoys asks businessmen of Pakistan to take benefit of opportunities offered by Malaysia

PESHAWAR, Dec 2 (APP): Malaysian High Commission to Pakistan, Dr Hasrul Sani Bin Mujtbar has asked the business community of Pakistan to take advantage of international
exhibitions being organized in Malaysia for display of their products globally.
“The business community of Pakistan should benefit from opportunities being provided by Malaysia for expansion of business internationally,” added Dr Hasrul Sani while
speaking to business community of KP during his visit to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chamber of Commerce of Industry (KPCCI) on Wednesday. President KPCCI, Zulfiqar Ali Khan, wife of
Malaysian Ambassador, Datin Salinah Binti Usir and leading businessmen of KP were present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Malaysian High Commissioner said the International Halal Products Exhibition is a big opportunity for businessmen of Pakistan to participate and expand their businesses.He said Malaysia is home to business community of Pakistan and they can expand their business by using Malaysia as a platform. He also held out assurance of issuing visa to business community of Pakistan at the earliest even on the same day. He said Malaysian Embassy is issuing visas on Fast Track basis within seven days of applying. While some of the Muslims countries take around one month in issuance of visa.
During the visit, both the President KPCCI and Malaysian
Ambassador agreed on taking measures for increasing bilateral
trade between Pakistan and Malaysia.
President KPCCI, Zulfiqar Ali Khan also offered
Malaysian investors for investment in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on
joint venture basis in hydro power sector, oil and gas and tourism sectors.
Zulfiqar Ali Khan also stressed the need for
exchange of delegations among Pakistan and Malaysia for increasing
people-to-people relations between the two brotherly countries.
Malaysian Ambassador also apprised the participants of the meeting that Malaysia will send cultural troupe to different cities of
Pakistan as relations between Pakistan and Malaysia can be
further cemented through people-to-people contacts.
He also urged upon businessmen of Pakistan to
further improve their marketing skill as Pakistan has vast
variety of products but the only thing is good marketing of
products at international level.
