Kyrgyzstanis win medals at World and Asian Belt Wrestling Championships

Baku,Jun 19 (AZERTACAPP):Athletes from Bishkek successfully competed in the World and Asian Belt Wrestling Championships, winning various medals, Kabar reported.
From June 9 to 12, the World Youth Belt Wrestling Championships were held in Fergana, Uzbekistan. Students from the Sports School demonstrated strong results as part of the team.
At the end of the world championship, gold medals were won by Akbar Amanbekov and Yryskeldi Malikov. The silver medalists were Kaaba Turdakunov, Abylai Akylbekov, Elbek Ismailov and Erkayim Orolbaeva.
The athletes also performed successfully at the Asian Belt Wrestling Championships.
The Asian champions were Mirlan Osmonaly uulu, Saparali Ashimov and Begzhan Toychuev.
Silver medals were won by Manas Usonov, Muktar Myktybekov, Azemi Kamchybekova and Muktarbek Munarbekov.
The bronze medalists were Malik Tologonov, Iskender Chynysov, Erbol Turapbayev, Islamali Sharipov, Abrorbek Abdukaymov, Daut Orozbayev, Nurzada Nurizbekova, Kyz Saikal Iskenderova, Baktygul Khaidarova, Uulaiym Ooganova, and Aziza Kenzhebaeva.
The athletes’ successful performance was the result of intense training, a high level of preparation, and the work of the coaching staff.
