KEC earns Dual Recognition at Global Economics Awards 2025

Madinah, Jan 26 ( SPA/APP): The Knowledge Economic City (KEC) has won two awards at the Global Economics Awards 2025: “Most Innovative Iconic Project Design – Madinah Gate” and “Leading Developer of Integrated Urban Destinations.”
This recognition reflects KEC’s ambition to cement Madinah’s standing as a global model for integrated urban development.
The KEC is developing destinations that place people at the heart of the experience, improve quality of life and generate sustainable economic value in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The Madinah Gate project is one of the cornerstone projects within KEC’s master plan. It is the first retail destination located directly at the Haramain High-Speed Railway station, and the Kingdom’s first transit-oriented development of its kind, with investments of up to SAR620 million.
Its first phase includes more than 23,000 square meters of leasable space, along with the DoubleTree by Hilton Madinah Gate, which features 325 hotel rooms.
