Jamal Shah visits cultural heritage preservation companies in Beijing

BEIJING, Oct 27 (APP): Federal Minister for Heritage and Culture, Syed Jamal Shah recently visited cultural heritage preservation companies in Beijing to discuss cultural cooperation and explore potential partnerships in artifact restoration.

During the visit to the Leshi Cultural Reic Company, the delegation toured the cultural artifact preservation and restoration sites.

Jamal Shah commended the company’s exceptional cultural preservation techniques and restoration achievements, CEN reported.

Recognizing the immense value of collaboration, both sides had fruitful discussions focusing on seeking support for the preservation and restoration of Pakistan’s cultural artifacts, as well as promoting research visits and academic exchanges between conservation experts.

They also reached an agreement to establish a strategic partnership between the relevant institutions of the Pakistani Ministry of Heritage and Culture and the Leshi Cultural Reic Company.

Later, the party proceeded to Haoyu World Company, a leading 3D technology firm specializing in the preservation of cultural heritage.

Li Fei, head of the company’s cultural heritage division, presented the achievements of Haoyu 3D in the digital preservation and utilization of cultural heritage, highlighting the successful preservation of cave sculptures related to the Silk Road.

Jamal Shah expressed anticipation for further technological cooperation and exchange, recognizing its potential for cultural advancements and substantial economic benefits for both China and Pakistan.
