GCC Secretary General lauds Pakistan’s role in promoting regional peace
NEW YORK, Sep 24 (APP): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Thursday met with GCC Secretary General Jasem Mohamed Al Budaiwi on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly in New York.
During the meeting, the GCC Secretary General appreciated Pakistan’s constructive role in promoting regional peace and stability through dialogue and diplomacy, and acknowledged Pakistan’s close partnership with the GCC and its member states.
DPM/FM reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening Pakistan-GCC relations and cooperation.
