BEIJING, March 8 (APP)::China’s State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi Friday hoped that Pakistan and India would meet halfway, transform the current crisis into the opportunity and seek a fundamental long term improvement in their bilateral relations.
“China has stressed from the beginning the need to exercise calm and restraint, prevent an escalation, find out what has happened and resolve the matter through dialogue,” he said while responding to a question asked by APP during his press conference on the sidelines of the second session of the 13th National People’s Congress here.
