BUCHAREST, Jul 6 (AGERPRES /APP):Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anita Anand, is paying an official visit to Romania on Monday, during which she will meet with the interim Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oana ?oiu, and will be received by President Nicu?or Dan.

The visit is taking place at the invitation of Minister Oana ?oiu.

The agenda of the discussions between Anita Anand and Oana ?oiu will include strengthening the bilateral relationship, with an emphasis on economic and security cooperation, as well as an exchange of views on the main topics on the agenda of the meeting of foreign ministers of allied states, organized within the framework of the NATO Summit in Ankara, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) informed on Sunday.

After the consultations, the two ministers will hold a press conference.

Afterwards, Anita Anand will be received at the Cotroceni Palace by President Nicu?or Dan.
