Belavia starts flying to Phuket

MINSK, Jan 12 (BelTA/APP): The national air carrier Belavia has launched flights to Phuket, the airline’s press service told BelTA.

The Airbus A330-200 aircraft is configured for 281 passengers and is operating at full capacity.

Flights to Phuket will be operated every 10 to 11 days. The travel time is approximately 10 hours on the outbound journey and just under 11 hours on the return. Tickets are sold exclusively as part of tour packages.

Phuket has become the second resort destination in Thailand available by direct flight from Minsk. This follows the commencement of charter flights to Pattaya on 8 January.
