Belarus delivers 31,300 new apartments in January-September 2025

MINSK, Oct 21 (BelTA/APP): In January-September 2025 companies of all forms of ownership built 31,300 apartments. A total of 2,942,700 square meters of the total area of housing were commissioned, BelTA learned from the Belarusian National Statistical Committee.

Belarus commissioned some 937,200 square meters of housing for people registered as in need of better living conditions, which accounted for 31.8% of the total housing commissioned.

Some 551,800 square meters of such housing were subsidized by the government. Some 389,900 square meters of housing were built for large families.

As to rural communities, 1,094,200 square meters of housing were delivered there, or 37.2% of homes commissioned in the country.
