AZERTAC’s photo correspondent Ilgar Jafarov has added another achievement to his record in international photography competitions, receiving seven awards across three competitions held under the auspices of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) in India, Serbia, and Türkiye.

BAKU, Jul 16 (AZERTAC/APP):AZERTAC’s photo correspondent Ilgar Jafarov has added another achievement to his record in international photography competitions, receiving seven awards across three competitions held under the auspices of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) in India, Serbia, and Türkiye.
At the “JCM CIRCUIT 2026” international photo competition organized in India, which brought together 208 photographers from 45 countries around the world, Ilgar Jafarov’s photo titled “In the geometry of life” earned him the gold medal.
At the “Focus Point 2026” competition held in Serbia, Jafarov was honored with four awards. His photo “Champion in bodybuilding” won the gold medal, while his other work “Under the scrutiny of the judges” claimed the silver medal. Ilgar Jafarov’s other two photos were awarded honorary diplomas of the competition and the Danube International Photo Association’s (DIPA).
At the “ANATOLIAN 2026” photo competition in Türkiye, AZERTAC photo correspondent Ilgar Jafarov secured further success, winning the bronze medal for his photograph “Paralympians” and a special diploma for his other photo “Worker.”
Ilgar Jafarov, a recipient of numerous international distinctions, was also awarded the honorary title of Excellence FIAP Diamond 2 (EFIAP/d2) by FIAP.
