ISLAMABAD, Oct 24 (APP): Auditor General of Pakistan, Rana Assad Amin will be proceeding to Dhaka on Sunday on invitation of the Auditor General of Bangladesh, Masud Ahmad.
The Auditor General of Pakistan will participate in the
seminar on role of “SAI as an Institution of Accountability”.
The seminar to be held on October 26,27 at Dhaka, is
being organized by the Supreme Audit Office of Bangladesh,
according to statement issued by AGP office.
It will be attended by Auditors General and Senior Officers
of the Audit Offices of 10 countries.
The seminar will give recommendations and proposals to
improve the accountability process in the participating countries and contribute to good governance and transparency of public expenditure.
Jamal Abdul Nasir Usmani, Deputy Auditor General, will
accompany the Auditor General in the seminar.
