6.4-magnitude quake hits Papua New Guinea Region — GFZ

HONG KONG, Jan. 20 (Xinhua/APP): An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.4 jolted Papua New Guinea Region at 0722 GMT on Tuesday , the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 104.8 km, was initially determined to be at 5.33 degrees south latitude and 145.93 degrees east longitude.
