5.4-magnitude quake hits south of Panama — GFZ

BEIJING, Dec. 18 (Xinhua/APP): An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted south of Panama at 2307 GMT on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 6.73 degrees north latitude and 82.70 degrees west longitude.
