5.0-magnitude quake hits Oaxaca, Mexico — GFZ

BEIJING, Sept. 9 (Xinhua/APP): An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted Oaxaca, Mexico, at 2233 GMT on Monday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 99.4 km, was initially determined to be at 16.96 degrees north latitude and 97.78 degrees west longitude.
