MAKKAH MUKARRAMAH/ISLAMABAD, Jun 23 (APP):The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Sacred Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has officially announced the launch of a prestigious summer scientific course tailored for students of knowledge and researchers at the start of the new Hijri year, under the generous patronage of its President, Professor Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais. Titled “Fiqhi and Usuli Construction”, the distinguished educational program is scheduled to run from 8 Muharram until 2 Safar 1448 AH within the precincts of the Grand Mosque (Masjid al-Haram).
The primary objective of this specialized course is to enhance the intellectual and academic capabilities of Islamic jurisprudence students and researchers. Throughout the program, prominent scholars from Saudi Arabia, including esteemed members of the Council of Senior Scholars (Hai’at Kibar al-Ulama) and official instructors of the Two Holy Mosques, will deliver specialized lectures. The comprehensive curriculum covers core disciplines such as the derivation of jurisprudential rulings (Takhrij), the role of Islamic jurisprudence in contemporary issues (Nawazil), explanations of jurisprudential maxims (Qawa’id Fiqhiyyah), comparative jurisprudence, and the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh).
All educational sessions will take place across various sections of Masjid al-Haram, specifically at Chair No. 12 in the King Fahd Expansion, following the Fajr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers.
According to the course administration, official certificates verified by the Presidency will be awarded to all participants who consistently attend the training sessions. For female students, a dedicated learning area has been arranged in front of Gate 74 (First Floor) inside the Grand Mosque. To facilitate global participation, the administration has released an online registration link and a QR code, urging interested researchers and students worldwide to secure their enrollment in a timely manner.
