MOSCOW, Nov 4 (APP):Ambassador of Pakistan to the Russian Federation, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi on Tuesday met with the Pakistani team participating in the Abilympics International Competitions for Professional Skills for Persons with Disabilities, held in Moscow.
The event was organized by the Russian Ministry of Education and the Moscow City Government.
Ambassador Tirmizi commended the Pakistani participants for their dedication, talent, and enthusiasm in representing Pakistan at this global platform.
He extended special congratulations to Ansari Zainul Abbidin, who earned the Bronze Medal by securing third place in the sewing competition.
During the interaction, Ambassador Tirmizi engaged in a candid exchange of views with the delegation and reaffirmed the Embassy’s commitment to providing full support and facilitation to Pakistani participants.
He also pledged to convey the Government of Pakistan’s continued backing to promote the inclusion and participation of persons with disabilities in international skills competitions.
The Ambassador lauded the team’s spirit and expressed confidence that their achievements would inspire greater awareness and recognition of the capabilities of persons with disabilities in Pakistan.
