MULTAN, Jul 23 (APP):A zero-tolerance policy is being enforced to ensure clean and livable communities across the region, said Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Multan Waste Management Company (MWMC) Abdul Razzaq Dogar while paying a surprise visit to various field locations in Multan on Wednesday.
During the visit, he personally checked staff attendance and evaluated the overall sanitation conditions.
In an exceptional move, the CEO also visited households and interacted directly with residents to gather feedback on cleanliness services.
Divisional Manager Operations, Anwar-ul-Haq, briefed the CEO on the performance of private contractors involved in waste collection. CEO Dogar also extended his inspection tour to the tehsils of Lodhran, where he received further briefings on local sanitation efforts.
“The Punjab Chief Minister has implemented a uniform cleanliness system across both urban and rural areas to ensure equal standards for all,” stated Abdul Razzaq Dogar.
He affirmed that the Waste Management Company was utilizing all available resources to provide maximum relief to the citizens.
“Contractors’ performance across the entire division was being closely monitored to ensure accountability and results,” he added.
