MULTAN, Dec 26 (APP): A youth was shot dead by an unidentified assailant near Sassi Chowk on Friday morning.
According to Rescue officials, they received an anonymous call reporting the shooting, but the victim had already died by the time paramedics arrived.
The youth was identified as Shakir (26).
The body was taken to Nishtar Hospital for legal formalities.
Further investigation was underway.
