HYDERABAD, Nov 10 (APP): Women’s Action Forum (WAF) expressed deep sorrow over the tragic incident of bedevilment and murder of an innocent seven-year-old girl in Mirpur Khas.
According to the information received by the team of Women’s Action Forum, the report of the child’s disappearance was filed by the relatives at the concerned police station five days ago, but the police did not take any action.
Women’s Action Forum SSP Mirpur Khas, Sameer Noor Chana has also expressed concern about the committee formed to investigate the rape and murder of innocent girl, because they include the officials of the concerned police station, due to whose negligence the head of the child could not be found and this tragic incident occurred.
WAF has demanded that killers of girl should be arrested as soon as possible.
and inclusion of impartial and high-level officials in the investigation committee should be ensured, Women’s Action Forum strongly demands from Chief Minister Sindh and IG Sindh that immediate and effective measures should be taken for the protection of women and children
